- Government Actions: War, terrorism, civil unrest, government orders, regulatory changes
- Infrastructure Failures: Power outages, internet/telecom disruptions, transportation strikes
- Third-Party Failures: Failures of payment processors, hosting providers, or other critical service providers
Effect of Force Majeure
- Suspension of Obligations: Affected party’s obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event
- No Liability: Neither party is liable for damages caused by force majeure
- Notification: Affected party must notify the other party promptly of the force majeure event and expected duration
- Mitigation: Affected party must make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and resume performance as soon as reasonably possible
Termination for Extended Force Majeure
If a force majeure event continues for more than 30 consecutive days, either party may terminate affected bookings or services:
- Written notice required
- Refunds provided at our discretion based on services rendered and circumstances
- No further liability beyond refund (if provided)
L. Survival of Terms
The following provisions shall survive termination or expiration of your relationship with Studio by ISIM:

- Your engagement with Studio by ISIM is on an independent contractor/client basis
- No partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship is created
- Neither party has authority to bind the other or make commitments on behalf of the other
- You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from implementation of our recommendations
B. No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms are for the benefit of you and Samridh Solutions LLP only:
- No third-party rights: No other person or entity has rights to enforce these Terms

- No compensation: You are not entitled to compensation for feedback

H. Photography & Recording Consent
During Sessions
- Photography by Us: We may photograph you during sessions for service records and (with separate consent) marketing purposes
- Your Photography: You may take personal photos of your results with consultant permission
- No Recording: Audio or video recording of consultations by clients is prohibited without prior written consent
Social Media Sharing
- Your Content: You may share your own before-after photos and experiences on your personal social media
- Tag Us: We appreciate tags (@StudiobyISIM) but they are optional
- Our Rights: By tagging us or using our hashtags, you grant us permission to reshare your content
- Other Clients: Do not photograph or record other clients without their explicit consent
I. Gift Certificates & Promotional Codes
Gift Certificates
- Purchasers and recipients must comply with these Terms
- Non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash
- Subject to expiry dates and terms stated on certificate
- Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced
Promotional Codes
- Subject to specific terms stated in the promotion
- Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted
