3. Session Conduct & Client Responsibilities

A. Client Obligations & Expectations

Punctuality

Clients must arrive on time for scheduled appointments.
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to complete any necessary check-in procedures and to ensure a relaxed start to your session.
Late arrivals may result in shortened session time as sessions must end at the scheduled time to accommodate subsequent clients.

B. Prohibited Behaviors

Clients are strictly prohibited from:

Disruptive Behavior:

Creating disturbances that affect other clients or staff

Substance Influence:

Attending sessions under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances
Consuming alcohol or drugs on studio premises

Inappropriate Conduct:

Making unwelcome sexual advances or comments
Engaging in any form of harassment (verbal, physical, or visual)
Taking unauthorized photographs or videos of staff, consultants, or other clients

Policy Violations:

Attempting to record sessions without explicit written permission
Sharing proprietary methodologies, materials, or techniques with third parties
Misrepresenting association with Studio by ISIM
Soliciting other clients for business purposes

Property Damage:

Damaging, misusing, or stealing studio property, equipment, or materials
Tampering with safety equipment or emergency exits
Unauthorized access to restricted areas

C. Consultant Rights & Session Termination

Right to Terminate

Studio by ISIM consultants and management reserve the unconditional right to:

Immediately terminate a session if a client:

Violates any term outlined in these Terms & Conditions
Engages in prohibited behaviors listed above
Creates an unsafe, uncomfortable, or unprofessional environment
Refuses to comply with reasonable instructions or studio policies
Displays behavior that the consultant deems threatening, offensive, or inappropriate

Consequences of Termination

If a session is terminated due to client misconduct:

No refund will be provided under any circumstances
No rescheduling will be offered
Client may be permanently barred from booking future services
Legal action may be pursued for serious violations (assault, property damage, etc.)
Law enforcement may be contacted if criminal behavior is suspected

Documentation

Incidents leading to session termination will be documented in detail
Video or photographic evidence may be collected where available
Witness statements from staff or other clients may be recorded
Documentation may be used in legal proceedings if necessary

D. Consultant Professionalism

While we maintain high expectations for client conduct, we also ensure:

All consultants adhere to strict professional standards
